收到M&S给我回的邮件很惊喜,因为这家公司在邮件中居然会说那么多。而且我非常肯定它不是自动回复的邮件。而是英国总部的工作人员一个字母一字母敲的,因为他把我的名字多敲了一个字母。
Marks and Spencer Customer Service在信中说感谢客户提出在南昌红谷滩开设分店的建议,他会把这个建议转发到他们的市场发展部进行研究。虽然他现在不能肯定是否能开设分店,但是他还是很开心看到客户与他们分享购物体验,同时也非常渴望一家新店的诞生。

It’s great to hear from customers who enjoy shopping with us, and are keen to see a new M&S store in their area.
I’ve passed your suggestion on to our New Stores Development team. They are always on the lookout for possible new sites. Having said this, I hope you’ll appreciate that I can’t confirm whether we’ll be going ahead with the launch of a new store in the area.
