The Armani Group and Mind Group announce their partnership for the Art Residence by Armani/Casa in Chengdu, China

Milan, December 19th 2013 – The Armani Group is pleased to announce an exclusive partnership between the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Mind Group for the design and development of a luxurious residential project in the city of Chengdu, China.
这是乔治•阿玛尼先生设计的首个中国房地产项目, 他将带领阿玛尼室内设计工作室设计双子塔大楼内的阿玛尼艺术公寓的住宅单位、公众区域和共有设施。
This will be the first residential development in China designed by Giorgio Armani, who will lead his Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio team in the creation of the residential units, common areas and amenities within the twin towers that constitute the Art Residence by Armani/Casa.
阿玛尼艺术公寓位处成都市中心的黄金地段，毗邻时尚的锦江及市区主要的商业和娱乐中心，并与具数百年历史的清代名筑望江楼公园隔江相望。以两栋222米的超高层建筑为主体，地面共计65层。
Consisting of two 222-meter high-rise buildings, each of 65 storeys, the Art Residence by Armani/Casa will be situated in a prime location in the centre of Chengdu, adjacent to the fashionable Jinjiang district and other areas for shopping and entertainment. Notably, just across the river lies the centuries-old Wang Jiang Park, built in the Qing Dynasty.

Featuring a swimming pool heated to a constant temperature on its rooftop, at a height of 210 metres, the new development will reflect Giorgio Armani's aesthetic sensibility and his hallmark sense of comfort and functionality throughout. Each apartment will be equipped with Armani/Casa furniture and accessories, an Armani/Dada kitchen and an Armani/Roca bathroom.

阿玛尼艺术公寓的住宅单位将会在2014年下半年公开发售。项目将于2016年竣工。
Residential units in the Art Residence by Armani/Casa in Chengdu, China, will be available for sale in the second half of 2014. The development is scheduled for completion in 2016.

More than ten years after its foundation, Armani/Casa is a world leader in the luxury furnishings sector. A byword for elegance and style, it stems from Giorgio Armani’s living dream of a warm, harmonious, highly comfortable and sophisticated haven. Since 2003, the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio has provided complete interior design services to private individuals and property developers, from the conceptual phase through to supervising the execution. The studio's work involves developing creative solutions – under the artistic direction of Giorgio Armani – that are the product of painstaking architectural research and extensive study into the project’s cultural, geographical and architectural context.
